floret Play Forms
Requisition Sheet
The floret Play Forms are a Human Domestication Guide concept invented by me, in accordance with the widespread bureaucratophilia of the Affini species. They are a series of documents intended specifically to add, subtract, or modify conditions to a domestication contract or otherwise provide some sort of legal weight or aesthetic to play between Affini and florets. Most of the forms that exist have been created by me, but some have not, and I wanted an easy repository of forms that other authors could use either to gank for their own work (you have my blessing for any of my own forms; check with other authors before using theirs!) or to see the zeitgeist for inspiration to create their own. (For form text guidance, see Bureaucratophilia.)
If a citation is tagged with Spoils X, then clicking through to the context of the original quote will contain spoilers for X. If text is redacted on this page, then tapping or hovering over it for three seconds will reveal it. (If you're on mobile, tapping somewhere else should cancel its revelation.) In addition, if the full text of the form is available, there will be a notice on that entry.
fPL-0001: Replica Domestication Contract
Sheepwave, Pencil
A non-binding play contract usable among other purposes for recreating scenes of florets formally being domesticated under the Human Domestication Treaty.
…she could see the printed contract with her name on it, unsigned. Some part of her brain remembered that the ‘Form fPL-0001’ at the top designated it as a floret play kink prop and not her real contract…
fPL-18: Consent for Touch-Based Reward
BasketOfPuppies642, The Best Homes Are Made, chapter 4
A form that legally obligates the floret to accept headpats and other tactile rewards.
Whenever he completed the form, he got a compliment and a headpat, both of which he was legally obligated to accept once he finished fPL-18: Consent for Touch-Based Reward.
fPL-0031E: Certification of Floret Goodness (Event Variant)
Dame Harmony, To Follow in Their Footsteps, chapter 4 Spoils The Place Where We Can Stop Running
A form certifying that the petitioner is good. The filing number can be attached to another form in order to legally prove the petitioner's qualification for what they are petitioning for.
…there was a section for the reason the floret deserved to know, which did have an other section, but the types of reasons by default were typical for Affini forms: “I’ve been a good floret (reference fPL-0031E Certification of Floret Goodness (Event Variant) filing no, if applicable)”, “I really want to”, “I’m very cute (reference relevant fPL-3226 Declaration and Notice of Adorability filing no, if applicable)”. The reason they wanted to know and the reason they deserved it had to be different, apparently.
fPL-0095-ii: Schedule of Floret Physiological Interventions, Interactive/Iterative
Delcan, How a Floret Finds Out, chapter 9 Spoils How a Floret Finds Out by its very nature [hover for 3s to unspoil]
An interactive form that temporarily turns a floret's life into Twitch Plays Domestication. A group of Affini are allowed to, using a digital voting interface, choose from a customizable selection of modifiers, xenodrugs, and other mechanics that will affect the floret until a "finale", which is decided by the very last Affini to vote.
Below was a vast selection of options, with voting thresholds. They noted some of them had already been selected: “C+”, “D+”, “Leashed Feet”, and several iterations of “Cuddle Fugue”. There were others, already partially filled. “Mute”. “No Hands”. “Carry Me”. “Leash Pet (One Hour)”. One line with an enormous threshold, and a sizable deposit towards meeting it, that read: “Finale - Last Voter’s Choice”.
fPL-273: Intent to Eat Regular Meals
BasketOfPuppies642, The Best Homes Are Made, chapter 4
A form that commits the floret to a particular eating schedule for the purpose of proper nutrition.

A form that, as its name implies, legally waives a floret's right to orgasm.
I bite my lip, slowly walking over to my Administratrix, my mind awash with ideas of what awful or amazing form she might make me fill out and sign since she has the choice. [...] Would it be fPL-0561 (Waiver on Orgasmic Privileges)?
fPL-0601-f: Request to Borrow Property — floret Variant
Dame Harmony, To Follow in Their Footsteps, chapter 4 Spoils The Place Where We Can Stop Running
A form that formally requests the utilization of another's personal property. The -f variant is specifically for florets.
Owner pulled a document out of mosa and handed her the top sheet. fPL-0601f Request to Borrow Property — Floret Variant was its title, and the first page was mostly boilerplate and a long section describing how adorable, endearing, and precious she was.
fPL-1117: Unnamed By Work
Victorinya, Heaven is Other People, chapter 2 Spoils Tree of Liberty
A form that waives the right to be dominant.
Hell, I’ve even heard of fPL-1117, a form that would make me permanently give up the right to be the dominant partner in any scene…

fPL-2273: Admission to Own Desires and Wants
CarmineJade, Promise You Won't Leave Me?, chapter 5 Partial text available Spoils Promise You Won't Leave Me?
A form that legally stipulates that a floret has desires and that their owner is empowered to fulfil those desires.
The fuck? So… if I sign this then I'll be forced to let Miss Wisteria take care of me regardless of reason?
fPL-2274: Agreement to Reveal Desires and Wants
CarmineJade, Promise You Won't Leave Me?, chapter 5
A form that obligates a floret to disclose any needs or desires they may have. Assigns punishments for failing to do so.

A variant of the form, fPL-4531A, is the Tentative variant of the form, and signals a change that may change again soon. A standard Affini bureaucracy form, also called Notice of Floret Change of Identification and Modes of Address, is required to actually change the identifier and and modes of address of the legal entity of the petitioner; the fPL version is merely an elaborate form of begging.

fPL-6305, for example, has a provision about any Affini subject to the collective noun having the right to request things from the petitioner asking them to sign the form. This grants, or provides for, the rights that [redacted] of Affini have in the particular situation they find theirselves in.
